Budget and Warrant Preparation
The NH Attorney General’s Office issued a letter dated August 2, 2010 to the NH Secretary of State’s Office concluding that it is not legal to include the estimated tax impact of an appropriation on the warrant article for town meeting: Estimated Tax Impacts on Warrant Articles
