The following documents are provided in reference to New Hampshire Public Radio's 12.10.09 news report. To be clear, during the last several years, LGC has provided many documents to the parties who have requested information about the financial operation of the organization, particularly HealthTrust operations. It would appear from the story on NHPR that the issue is less about what information is available than about whether the parties agree with the decisions made by the LGC Board of Directors about the operation of the organization. We have and continue to operate in a legal and reasonable manner, with the best interests of our members as our first priority.
